Rates are subject to sales tax (7%) and a credit card fee (3%).

Drop ins always include a short leashed potty break walk. A 10 minute walk is included on most drop ins when weather allows. We do not do extended walks in adverse weather conditions. Temperatures above 80 with high humidity and below 25 with medium to high winds are considered harmful to dogs. We will not do extended walks in these conditions.

Once you have made a Reservation Request and we confirm our availability, your request is changed to a Pending Reservation. We will then send you an invoice. Payment in full, or the agreed deposit, is required before service.

Payments and deposits for Drop Ins, and Pet Taxi, are refundable less any processing fees, if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled service start.

Non Peak (Holiday) Overnights require 7 days notice of cancellation to receive a refund less any processing fees.

Peak (Holiday) Overnights require 14 days notice for refunds less any processing fees.

Overnights in November and December require 30 days notice for refunds less any processing fees.

Pet sitting is a taxable service in Nebraska. All bookings will be charged sales tax, which is 7% in most of our service area.

Payment by methods other than cash, will be charged a 3% fee.

We do not accept tips.
